A2:Depends our customized products,it can be from 7 days to 15 days,normalproducts,it can be from 1 days to 3 days.We can delivery at once as we have stock.The exact delivery time will be specified in proforma invoice once order is confirmed.
Q3:Can you produce according to the samples? A3:Yes,we can produce by your samples or technical drawings.We can build the molds and fixtures. Q4:Are items shown on website ready to deliver after order is placed? A4:Most of the items are needed to be made once order is confirmed.Stock items may be available due to different seasons,please contact our staff for detail information.
Q5:How can I get quotation and make order? A5:Just simply inform our staff item numbers(or link)of the items you are interested in and we will prepare detail quotation for you.Proforma invoice will be issued once order is confirmed and production will be started once advance payment is finalized.
Q6:Do you get the relevant certifications? A6:Yes,so fat,we have got certification of CE、UL、ROHS and so on.
Q7:How about the after sales service? How will you deal with the product faulty?
